Our Terms & Conditions

 

Product Warranties:  Warranties for each product are available in the Resource Tool Box.

Payment Terms:  Payment is due in full before orders will be shipped.

Custom Work:  Custom orders require payment to begin work. For orders with extended lead times, a 50% deposit is acceptable. Once work begins, which can occur as soon as one business day after the order is received, 50% of the order value becomes non-refundable. Balance is due in full before the order will be shipped.

Cancellation Policy:   Order cancellations made after shipment are subject to all shipping charges and a restocking fee of up to 30%. Please note, non-wooden insulated hot tub covers are nonreturnable and nonrefundable.

Return Policy Summary: (Click Here for Full Shipping and Returns Policy)  If the item is eligible for a return, it must be unused, in condition as received, and in original packaging.  Purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs to the specific return address that Zen Bathworks will specify at the time of authorizing a goods return. Credit will be issued once returned product is received and inspected.  Please contact us for return authorization.  Returns are subject to a restocking fee and shipping charges.  Custom-sized and customized tubs cannot be returned or refunded once production work has begun. Production may begin as soon as one business day after receipt of the order.

Gift Certificates: Gift Certificates may not be redeemed or returned for cash value. Upon expiration of the Gift Certificate, any unused value remaining on the Gift Certificate is forfeited.

Damage Reporting: Damages must be reported within 4 calendar days of delivery for all wooden tubs – hot tubs and ofuros.  

Governing Law.

(a) Choice of Law. The laws of the state of Alaska govern any and all transactions or agreements between Zen Bathworks and customers. 

(b) Choice of Forum. Both parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts in Haines, Alaska.
